Artist's Comments
Artie is a good guy with a good head on his shoulders and I believe that he didn't get enough credit in Shrek 3. For starters, everyone called him a kid! He's sixteen years old, people! (Says so on the movie's website!) I can't believe they entrust a whole kingdom to a 'kid'.
And another thing: why was he a loser at his high school? He's GORGEOUS!
I guess it's a humility thing. 
My love goes out to losers like me!
